Material & Design:One-piece molded from full rubber or full polymer material.Ensures seamless construction, easy cleaning, and leak resistance.

 

Color:White or other light colors.Facilitates the detection of dirt and damage, complying with the hygiene visual management requirements of the food industry.

 

Sole Thickness:Rubber ≥ 1.50 mm; Polymer materials ≥ 1.00 mm.Ensures basic durability and protection.

 

Slip-Resistant Outsole:Must be equipped with slip-resistant tread patterns, with clear requirements for tread coverage area and sole thickness.Preventing slips on wet and greasy floors is the core of safety.

 

Hygiene and Safety Performance:Testing requirements are specified for oil resistance and leak resistance.Prevents the boots from being corroded by grease and ensures that liquids cannot seep into the boots, which would otherwise cause contamination or injury.

 

Optional Toe Protection:Toe caps can be optionally equipped and must pass impact resistance tests.For areas with the risk of falling heavy objects (e.g., warehouses, loading and unloading zones).
