3. EVA (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate)

Features:Many brands adopt a hybrid formula of natural rubber and synthetic rubber, which achieves a better balance among cost, elasticity, durability and weight. It has become the mainstream choice for mid-to-high-end rain boots.

 

6.Textile + Waterproof Coating

Features:Fabrics such as canvas or nylon are coated with a waterproof layer (e.g., GORE-TEX), achieving a balance between waterproofing and breathability. This material is more suitable for prolonged wear scenarios like outdoor hiking, but it usually comes at a premium price.
